“Bros” Written and directed by Nicholas Stoller, is the first rom-com from a major studio to center around two gay men who may be inclined to love. One of them is a proud but self-doubting museum curator named Bobby Lieber, who is tasked with coming up with a romantic comedy about a gay couple. As he writes, he enters Aaron, a handsome and macho lawyer who turns his life upside down with his comfortable aura.
Bobby finds himself falling in love with Aaron, but both have deep-seated commitment issues, which makes their relationship difficult. The heartfelt yet comedic narrative is complemented by hilarious performances from an all-LGBTQ+ main cast that includes Luke Macfarlane, Ts Madison, Billy Eichner, Monica Raymund, and Guillermo Díaz.
The use of several locations throughout the film will probably raise questions in your mind about the actual shooting locations of the comedy film.
