“The Terminal List is an action thriller series that revolves around Lt. James Reece, whose entire team of Navy SEALs is attacked out of the blue while on an undercover mission. Miraculously, James manages to be the only one to survive the deadly ambush. After returning home to his family, he has flashbacks of the brutal event and begins to feel guilty for being the only survivor.
However, soon after some new evidence comes to light, James realizes that some evil forces are conspiring against him. This not only threatens his life, but also the lives of his loved ones. Where Was The Terminal List Series Filmed?
‘The Terminal List is filmed in California, specifically in San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties and the city of San Diego. Principal photography on the initial iteration of the conspiracy thriller series began in March 2021 and wrapped in August of that year. Since the book and narrative are based in California itself, it makes sense that the series would also be filmed in the Golden State.
That’s something Chris Pratt (James Reece) preferred to do because he also lives in California, he revealed in a June 2022 interview with The Washington Post. Now let’s take a look at the specific locations that serve as filming locations for the action The Terminal List series!
California
Several sequences for ‘The Terminal List’ are shown in Los Angeles County, the most populous county in California and the United States. In May 2021, the cast and crew were spotted filming some key scenes for the first season in the Santa Clarita Valley. It is part of the upper Santa Clarita River basin, and the city of Santa Clarita is its main population center.

Additional parts of Season 1 of the thriller series were also filmed in the seaside town of Hermosa Beach in April 2021. Chris Pratt was spotted sporting a clean-shaven look, looking almost unrecognizable as the production team filmed several bar scenes in the town.
Plus, it appears they even use the Paramount Studios facility at 5555 Melrose Avenue in the Hollywood District. The studio has 30 well-equipped stages that can meet almost any other production requirement. In addition, wireless networking and internet access are available on all these stages with plenty of Mill space.

According to reports, for the filming of the latest episode of ‘The Terminal List’, the cast and crew traveled to Lake Arrowhead, an unincorporated community and census-designated place in San Bernardino County. In August 2021, the production team was spotted filming a boat scene in and around Lake Arrowhead. Most of the filming reportedly took place at Glen Keane Lake and the neighboring Doheny property.
While several sequences with the lake, Shelter Cove Drive, and the Blue Tower outlet were also filmed. Additionally, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, security measures were in place along North Shore Road and Robinhood Lane in Lake Arrowhead to keep the scene secure.

Starring Chris Pratt, the production team is also filming some sequences in San Diego, a large city in California on the Pacific coast. Since military and defense activities are quite prominent in the city’s economy, filming some of the scenes for ‘The Terminal List’ in the city of San Diego seems ideal.
In addition to this action-packed series, several other movies and TV shows have also been filmed in the city, including ‘The Last Ship’ and ‘Thor’, ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
