The private property at 2 Marshall Street on Grand Street represents Micky’s house in the movie. Outside scenes of Dicky’s crack house were filmed outside a greenhouse on Smith Street, between Westford and Branch in the Lower Highlands area of Lowell. In one sequence, Micky breaks his arm, leading the brothers to court. Scenes were filmed on the grounds of Middlesex County Superior Court House at 360 Gorham Street.

During the argument, the whole family takes food from the restaurant. The series is based on the lens at Olympia Restaurant, a popular Greek restaurant located at 453 Market Street. Micky O’Keefe gives another Micky some guarantee at Top Donut, a drive-thru donation shop on 700 Aiken Avenue. Boxing matches that took place across the USA in the film took place in Lowell.
Actors and the team set up the programs at the Tsongas Center, a popular stadium owned by the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
