Another filming took place in Lipscani, a street and a district with a history of the city. Since the Middle Ages, the region has been an important trading center between downtown, and Wallachia. Strada Lipscani also has some of the world’s largest landmarks, including the Stavropoleos Monastery Church.
In addition, the recording department visited Bulevardul Unirii, the main street in the city, from Constitution Square to Alba Iulia Square. As soon as this happened, the workers looked at the Parliament House, which is the seat of Parliament in Romania. Located at Strada Izvor 2-4 at the top of Dealul Spirit in the city, the iconic building showcases Stalinist buildings.

The director and his staff had a hard time finding the building. They looked for a whole month but could not find a suitable place with large windows that they needed to produce. They almost occupied the building with large windows, but on the other side of the building was the location of the secret Romanian police headquarters.
So, when they did not get permission to record in the building, the team of producers decided to build an ambiance from the beginning in the studio. The guard building was in a completely different location, and the scenes were assembled later after production. They filmed scenes in a disused building, remodeling some of the exteriors. “Watcher.”
