‘The Girl Next Door’ is a romantic comedy film that focuses on high school student Matthew Kidman, who is attracted to Danielle, a girl next door, and they fall in love with him. However, when one of his friends tells her that Danielle was an old filmmaker, things start to go south for Matthew as he can’t decide how to treat him. To make matters worse, Kelly, Danielle’s former producer, once again came to terms with life and brought her back into the adult film industry.
Aside from the impressive performances of talented actors, including Elisha Cuthbert, Emile Hirsch, Timothy Olyphant, and James Remar which keep viewers amazed at the whole story are the various scenes that are featured. In particular, high school and party settings often back in time and remember their youthful lives.

‘The Girl Next Door‘ was filmed in various parts of California, especially in Los Angeles County. Located in the Western United States, California is a very diverse region, from the Pacific coast to the eastern mountains.

Almost every rom-com “The Girl Next Door” film was filmed in various cities throughout Los Angeles County, California. First, two houses representing the houses of Matthew and Danielle are located at 1504 and 1500 Milan Avenue in South Pasadena, respectively. Canyons College, on the other hand, represents Westport High School.
Located at 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road in Santa Clarita. The frat party scene in the movie was filmed at 4225 Country Club Drive in Long Beach.

After finding Danielle’s job, Matthew drives her around in a car as advised by her schoolmates. The next motel was licensed at the Glen Capri Motel, 6700 San Fernando Road in Glendale. The team of coordinators even went to the western part of the district to record the sequence of a dirt road. Shot at Paramount Ranch at 2813 Cornell Road in the uninhabited Agoura community.
Sequences depicting Georgetown University were recorded throughout the University of Southern California campus, most notably Edward L. Doheny Jr. Memorial Library.
An independent research university is located at 3550 Trousdale Parkway in Los Angeles. Additionally, on the grounds of Georgetown University near the end of the film, the north gate of The Huntington stands at the entrance to the college. The museum is located at 1151 Oxford Road in San Marino.

In addition, the cast and crew of ‘The Girl Next Door’ set up camp at Red Studios Hollywood to show off an even more important sequence. It is located at 846 North Cahuenga Boulevard in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles, formerly known as Ren-Mar Studios.
