CBS‘ “So Help Me Todd” Created by Scott Prendergast, is a crime comedy-drama Tv series that follows Margaret Wright, a meticulous lawyer who hires her talented but dirty son Todd as an internal investigator for her law firm.
As the black sheep of the family, he is a smart, spontaneous, and talented ex-detective whose license was revoked after being too flexible with the service law. When Margaret and Todd team up to work together on a case, she is very impressed with her son’s abilities and methods to get the information he wants about the case.
To help Todd get back on his feet, his mother finds a way to convince him to join her law firm and lead a financially stable life. The suspenseful aspects of the crimes that the mother-son duo solve together and the comedic elements that permeate each episode keep viewers hooked on the series.

“So Help Me Todd” was filmed entirely in British Columbia, specifically in Vancouver. The pilot was reportedly shot between March and April 2022. Then, principal photography on the initial iteration began in late July of that year.
British Columbia is Canada’s westernmost province, located between the Pacific Ocean and the Rocky Mountains. Known for its vast and diverse landscape, it is a suitable production location for various projects, including ‘So Help Me Todd’.

In August 2022, the cast and crew of the comedy series were spotted taping several important scenes in the 3000 Block of Main Street in Vancouver. Additionally, to film several episodes of Season 1, they set up camp inside the Vancouver Art Gallery at 750 Hornby Street.
