Despite being socially awkward, she has a few friends in Mok-Won and Ki-Eun, the latter of whom is a detective. When a murder occurs via a dating app, she jumps on the case and begins to investigate. Yoon-O, a charismatic character and an architectural designer by profession, is responsible for the murder when he uses ‘Someone’ to find his victims.
When Yoon-O meets Sum, she is instantly attracted to him, not knowing that he is hiding a dark secret. With impressive performances by Kim Young-Kwang, Kang Hae-Lim, and Kim Yong-Ji, the riveting narrative is filled with themes of violence, deception, and murder, which better underlines the relatively darker undertone.

“Somebody” was shot completely in South Korea. Principal photography on the inaugural iteration of the crime series is said to have begun in January 2022 and wrapped up in March of that year.
