Breaking (originally titled 892) is a crime thriller co-written and directed by Abi Damaris Corbin. Inspired by a true story, the story follows ex-Marine veteran Brian Brown-Easley as he struggles financially and is unable to provide the life he wants for his daughter. He can’t help but think about all the consequences that poor housing will have on his daughter, and he doesn’t rule out her becoming homeless.
Desperate to turn his situation around, Easley decides to rob a bank with a bomb threat, gaining all the attention of the authorities and the press. The suspenseful and suspenseful story is made all the more engrossing by stellar performances from a talented cast that includes John Boyega, Nicole Beharie, Selenis Leyva, Jeffrey Donovan, and the late Michael Kenneth Williams.

Where Was Breaking Movie Filmed?
“Breaking” was shot entirely in California, mainly in Los Angeles County. Principal photography for the dramatic thriller is said to have begun in early July 2021 and wrapped up in August of that year.
Although the story is primarily set in Atlanta, the cast and crew took advantage of the vast and versatile landscape that California has to offer and made Los Angeles County stand in for the Big Peach.

All key sequences for “Breaking” were shot in Los Angeles County, the most populous county in California and the United States. Specifically, an abandoned bank in the San Fernando Valley doubled for the Wells Fargo bank where most of the film takes place.

In addition, the production team traveled throughout the county to draw various scenes against suitable backdrops. Located in Southern California, Los Angeles County is also the most populous non-state governmental entity in the country.
Officially known as Los Angeles County, it is home to many attractions for tourists and locals alike. This includes the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, Griffith Park, the Arboretum of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park.
