British Columbia
The main parts of “Keep Breathing” take place in Greater Vancouver, a metropolitan area in British Columbia centered on Vancouver. In addition, cast and crew members set up camp in the Rollerland building at 21 North Renfrew Street for the debut season. Inside, they built a replica of the plane along with other sets for filming. Downtown Vancouver represents New York City, where Liv worked as a lawyer in Manhattan before her fatal accident. Additionally, it appears that the crew used the Langley and English Bay locations to shoot some important scenes for the opening season.

In July 2021, the ‘Keep Breathing’ production team traveled to Whistler, a South Pacific resort in the Coast Mountains, to film several sequences for the debut season. They especially used the Whistler Olympic Park location at 1500 Callaghan Road. In order to fit the production into the space, the area was closed to the public during filming. However, it is also temporarily closed for the time being.

As for the water scenes involving Liv, they were apparently shot in the Cheakamus River, a tributary of the Squamish River.
