‘Julia’ is a TV series about the legacy of the famous chef Julia Child, who became a pioneer on television with her excellent show ‘The French Chef.’ In addition, the series discusses in detail her relationship with her husband Paul, and other lesser-known aspects of her life beyond the TV screen.
Including starring actresses including Sarah Lancashire and David Hyde Pierce, ‘Julia’ is an intelligent ode to the personality of the myth behind them. Not just the narratives and characters, but even the carefully selected background of the game moves the audience back to the 60s and 70s.
Where Was Julia Series Filmed?
‘Julia‘ was recorded in several places around Massachusetts, mainly in Boston, Lynn, Worcester, and parts of Middlesex County and Norfolk County. Located in the Atlantic Ocean, the city is famous for its architecture, modern social art, lush green spaces, and diverse culture. Some of the most popular attractions include Lynn Shore Reservation, High Rock Tower, Diamond Historic District, and Lynn Heritage State Park.
Worcester is another ‘Julia recording studio.’ The Denholm Building on 484 Main Street doubled as Jordan Marsh of Boston for the first season.
