Where Was The Holiday Fix Up Movie Filmed?
The Holiday Fix Up romantic drama was filmed in Connecticut and Tennessee. The previous one served as the primary shooting location and construction was fully completed in the summer of 2021.
Connecticut
The Holiday Fix Up, Major photography for the movie took place in Mystic, a coastal village in New London County, Connecticut. Spread over an area of 3.8 square miles, this small village is historically a major shipbuilding port village. Filming during the summer months became difficult for the cast and crew. Actors Ryan McPartlin and Maria Menounos admitted in an interview that filming a snowball fight scene was very painful.

Some parts of the village are decorated with Christmas ornaments to create a festive atmosphere. Interestingly, the production company, Synthetic Cinema International, has shot many other films in the area over the years.
Some scenes from The Holiday Fix Up were also filmed at the Yatter Road Christmas Tree Farm on 94 Yatter Road in Mystic. Since 1974, the family-run Christmas Tree Farm has been dealing with customized wreaths, wreaths, handmade ornaments, tree stands, bouquet hangers, etc. along with trees for the Yuletide season!
Some scenes were also filmed in Norwich. Located in New London County, this historic city is nothing new to movie and television productions. ESPN’s ‘The Bronx Is Burning’ was filmed at Dodd Stadium. Just a few miles from Norwich, Ledyard also served as one of the many shooting locations for the festival cinema. Interestingly, the city was also featured on MTV’s self-developed reality television show ‘Made’.
Tennessee
“The Holiday Fix Up” was filmed entirely in Connecticut, recording the song “Second Chance” in Nashville, Tennessee. Production took place at Castle Recording Studio. Located at 1393 Old Hillsborough Road, it was built between 1929 and 1932 by John P. Built by Welch.
Since the conversion of Castle Recording Studio into the Joseph Nunes Studio in 1983, more than 500 gold and platinum artists have recorded albums on a world-class recording facility.
