“Poker Face” Directed by Russell Crowe, is an action-thriller that revolves around a gambler and tech billionaire named Jake Foley, who organizes a high-stakes poker game for his childhood friends, giving them the chance of a lifetime to win a lot of money.
There’s a catch though – Jake’s ulterior motive is to get back at them for betraying him in various ways. So each of them must reveal their deepest and darkest secrets in order to play. To make things more complicated, thieves break into Jake’s lair during the game.
Now the group must forget their differences and join forces to fend off the dangerous thieves and escape the situation. Russell Crowe leads the cast alongside Liam Hemsworth, RZA, Aden Young, and Steve Bastoni.

Where Was Poker Face Movie Filmed?
“Poker Face” was filmed completely in Australia, particularly in New South Wales. Principal photography on the crime film was reportedly set to begin in late July 2021 but was halted the following month due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
After several months of delays, production resumed in February 2022 and was finally completed by the end of that month.

All key sequences for “Poker Face” were shot in New South Wales, Australia’s most populous state. The filming unit primarily used the Disney Studios Australia (formerly known as Fox Studios Australia) facility at Building 16 at 38 Driver Avenue in the Sydney suburb of Moore Park.

The film studio is home to nine unique sound stages of various sizes, production offices, projection rooms, construction areas, and several outdoor filming locations.
The Crown Sydney at 1 Barangaroo Avenue in the Barangaroo area of Sydney and a private residence in the suburb of Waverton also served as several important production locations for Russell Crowe’s direction.

The thrilling and thrilling car chase scene was shot in and around the Sydney Harbor Tunnel. Additionally, the cast and crew were spotted filming some key scenes in Gerringong, Wollongong, and the coastal town of Kiama.
