‘Halo’ is a sci-fi TV series based on the anonymous video game franchise. Organized in the 26th century, the show revolves around the ongoing war between the United Nations Space Command and a military coalition called the Covenant. Leading the charge is Master Chief Petty Officer John-117 AKA Spartan-117, a genetically engineered soldier.

Halo Tv Series Filming Locations
‘Halo’ was recorded in Hungary and Canada, mainly in Budapest and Toronto. Major photography for season 1 reportedly started in October 2019 but had to be stopped due to the Covid-19 epidemic limitations.
Additional tapes for the first season are likely to start again in November 2020, with the final program starting in February 2021. Apparently, the main photography was wrapped up in June 2021.
Ontario
‘Halo’ is also lensed in Toronto, the capital of the province of Ontario. Most of season 1 appears to have been recorded at Pinewood Toronto Studios, 225 Commissioners Street. Toronto is located on the northwest shores of Lake Ontario and is considered one of the most cultural cities in the world.
