With a good view of S. S. Rajamouli, a historical drama ‘RRR’ (‘Rise Roar Revolt’) presents the amazing history of the South Asian struggle for independence. The original Telegu film follows Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, two revolutionaries who became close friends and led to a bloodbath against British Raj in India.
After its release, the film gained much media attention with its attractive production value and detailed sets. Most of the film was unveiled in and around India, from the throne of Delhi to the uprising of Andhra Pradesh. However, you should ask yourself where the production of a large budget was recorded.
Where Was RRR Movie Filmed?
‘RRR’ was recorded in and around India, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria. The main photography took place on November 11, 2018, and went into effect on August 26, 2021. The Covid-19 epidemic caused some delays, but the actors and crew eventually succeeded until the end. That being said, it took about 300 working days to make the director’s vision a reality.

Most of the “RRR” movies were filmed in and around Hyderabad, a historic city and capital of Telangana. Many scenes featuring Ram Charan and NT Rama Rao Jr. were photographed in an aluminum factory in the Gachibowli area of Hyderabad.
A few other scenes, including the introduction and climax, were filmed at Ramoji Film City, an integrated film production facility on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Located on Ramoji Film City Main Road, the studio area is the largest complex in the world. Bulgaria
The staff also visited Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. NT-Rama Rao Jr. filmed many of his scenes in the studio area in Sofia. In addition, his scenes with the leopard were recorded in the city and digitally later in production.
