“The Renovator” is being filmed entirely in Florida, specifically in Jacksonville and Orange Park. According to reports, principal photography for the inaugural iteration of the HGTV show began in December 2021 and will seemingly wrap up in May 2022.

Several parts of “The Renovator” are also filmed in Orange Park, a suburb of Jacksonville and a city in Clay County, Florida. Specifically, in the fifth episode of the debut season, Marcus Lemonis visits an Orange Park property to resolve one family’s domestic tensions by transforming their tiny house into a neighborhood showpiece.
