Netflix’s Diorama, written and directed by Tuva Novotny, is a Swedish romantic drama that follows the love story of Frida and Björn. As they deal with a misunderstanding between them, it opens the door for some fragile relationships in their relationship as temptation surrounds them.
The dramatic film portrays the different stages of love, starting with passion after marriage and finally family life from a scientific perspective. Told through dioramas, it depicts Frida and Björn’s once-passionate marriage hitting a rough patch as they try to find themselves again.

The studio was founded in 2004 and has two separate production halls, each measuring 600 square meters. The facility includes several other spaces that can be used for various purposes, such as costume rooms, make-up rooms, office space, and props.

In addition, Malmö, the largest city in Skåne county and the third largest city in Sweden, served as a pivotal filming location for the Netflix drama. Located near the southwestern tip of Sweden in Skåne County, Malmö has many tourist attractions including Moderna Museet Malmö, Malmö Museum, Malmö Konsthall, St. Peter’s Church, Malmö Synagogue, and Turning Torso to name a few.
