The narrative revolves around Trinitia Childs, the first lady of a prominent Southern Baptist megachurch, and her husband, Pastor Lee-Curtis Childs, who once served a congregation numbering in the thousands.
But when a shady scandal forces them to temporarily close their church, the couple must reopen the doors and try to rebuild their congregation from scratch to make a big comeback.
