“Honor Society” is a comedy film that follows an ambitious high school senior named Honor. Directed by Oran Zegman. In anticipation of achieving the coveted recommendation from her advisor, Mr. Calvin, her main goal is to get into Harvard. But when she discovers three other competitors in the referral queue, the teenager hatches a plan to take down all three and make herself the favorite.
Honora’s plan begins to go awry when she unexpectedly falls in love with her biggest competitor, Michael. With love getting in the way of her ambitions, she finds it difficult to stick to her Machiavellian plan. The unique storytelling and Honor breaking the third wall by interacting with the audience right through the film will keep the audience engrossed from start to finish.
The interesting use of locations, including a vibrant high school, will probably make you think about the actual filming locations of ‘The Honor Society.
Where Was Honor Society Movie Filmed?
“Honor Society” was filmed entirely in specifically Greater Vancouver and British Columbia, Principal photography on lead star Angourie Rice began in January 2022 and seemingly wrapped in early March of that year.

All key sequences for “Honor Society” were filmed in Greater Vancouver, a metropolitan area in British Columbia, with Vancouver as its main urban center. During the production schedule, the cast and crew of the comedy film were spotted around Canada Way and 10th Avenue in Burnaby, filming several scenes for the film.
Additionally, New Westminster Secondary School at 820 6th Street in New Westminster appears to have doubled for George H.W. Bush High School shown starring Gaten Matarazzo.

In addition, the film crew reportedly traveled through Vancouver and Hammond to record various scenes in suitable locations. Located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Vancouver is the most populous city in the province as it is considered one of the most livable cities in the country and the world.
The city consists of many libraries and museums, including the Vancouver Public Library, the Vancouver Tool Library, the Vancouver Art Gallery, and the Contemporary Art Gallery, to name a few.
