Dark Winds Season 1 Episode 6: Synopsis
Dark Winds Season 1 Episode 6, Nkai finds his way to Tso but is worried that too many Dines have died because of them. He asks Tso if he killed his grandfather and if he was involved in Anna’s death.
Having seen him kill so many people now, Nakai knows that James is very capable of bending at that level. However, James tells him not to trust the police and to stick to the plan.

Dark Winds Season 1 Episode 5, With Frank Nakai in custody, Joe Leaphorn and Agent Whitford came to a standstill. Whitford wants to take him to FBI custody, but Leaphorn is still seeking answers related to the murders of Anna and Hosten. He buys himself some time by telling Whitford to come back with a warrant. Meanwhile, he asks Nakai questions, telling him that the excavated area is the cause of all this.
Leaphorn goes back to Guy to ask him about the day of the explosion and discovers that problems had begun to appear there sometime before the tragedy occurred. It turned out that they had found uranium down there. This led to the official having a meeting with Vines, the new site owner, and finding out more about the Buffalo society.
Back at the station, Nakai is released from prison by Ada, who uses magic to make Bernadette faint. When the police wake up, they not only find the prisoner missing but also see a white nephew in her hair, like the one found in Anna’s hair. Despite her fears, she confronts Ada in her house. The quarrel between them leads to the burning of the house as well as the collapse of Ada’s magic.
About the same time, Jim Chee finds Devoted Dan’s contact with the Buffalo Society and is surprised to find that Whitford already knew about it. He was also surprised that his boss also knew about James Tso’s links to two murder cases and hid him.
