Netflix’s ‘First Class’ is a truly exciting show that gives a brief look at the lives of a diverse group of friends in Barcelona. Although the group includes people from all walks of life, including artists, designers, journalists, and others, they are all united by their common love for parties, special events, and the latest fashions. Moreover, since the presentation is not entirely written and based on fact, it makes television enjoyable.
Although the show focuses on a group of people from Barcelona, the narrative jumps from one place to another. Other than that, the audience stays glued to the screen as the whole background is equally stunning.
Where Was First Class Series Filmed?
As you can imagine, Netflix’s ‘First Class’ was recorded mainly in Barcelona. The production team, however, made use of a few other fine locations in Spain and France. Now, know about First Class series filming locations.
Spain
With the ‘First Class’ following a group of friends from Barcelona, it was natural for the production team to choose the Spanish city as the main destination. Interestingly, Barcelona is known for its natural beauty, amazing culture, and amazing architecture.
It offers a glimpse of the history and tradition of the modern metropolitan area. It is not surprising, therefore, that the city has hosted film production teams such as ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona’ and ‘Perfume: A Murder Story.’
With the ‘First Class,’ the production team closely followed the characters in their daily lives but made sure to include a few of the most recognizable local landmarks in the city.
As a result, scenes were filmed all over the city, with a few highlights from AP House Barcelona, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Hotel Majestic, Libreria Byron Bookstore, Orsà Palace, Restaurant Tragaluz, and Sis Quartos Restaurant.

Although ‘First Class’ was filmed in a few indoor and outdoor areas along the Costa Brava coast, the region is also famous for hosting filmmakers such as ‘The Monk,’ and ‘Perfume: The Story of a Murderer.’
France
