Stranger Things Season 4 Episode 8: Synopsis
Stranger Things Season 4 Episode 8, Hopper and his fellow prisoners were ushered into the room, where they were surprised and delighted, prepared for a delicious meal. They all indulged in food, out of Hopper, who seemed to be indulging in nothing but a small bottle of alcohol. One of the prisoners says that on his first night here, six men entered the room, and at night, they were thrown into a pit with a beast, not of this earth. It took just 30 seconds for all six men to die tragically.
The prisoner is incredibly confident, however, that they have a chance to survive as long as they are all together. He believes that they are giving them junk food so that they can be strong and test the power of this beast. Stranger Things Season 4 Episode 8.

Stranger Things Season 4 Episode 7, At the end of the table, Hopper laughs nonchalantly and removes them from their deception. They did not come to train this “beast,” he said. They are here to make it fun. Food does not make them strong – but makes them fat, full of “all the nutrients and proteins that a growing monster may need.” So, eat, boys! This is your last meal. (Remind us not to bring the Hopper to any of the parties.)
After finishing the meal, the drunken Hop chose to fight Enzo (Tom Wlaschiha), furious that Hopper had destroyed any hope men might have of surviving. They fought, and Hopper ended up beating one of the guards. After they are all dragged to their cell, Enzo asks Hope if the fight was really worth it. Hopper is surprised to pick up a light object.
The monster, he says, is called Demogorgon, and it has one weakness: fire. A smile begins to spread on Enzo’s face as he sees Hop’s real reason for fighting “drunk”: he stole a security guard’s light and put vodka in his pocket like gasoline. They both started laughing as Hopper sighed that his ribs were broken.
Meanwhile, Joyce (Winona Ryder) and Murray (Brett Gelman) are finalizing their plan to release Hop from prison. They have Yuri (Nikola Djuricko) tied to a tree – nothing around for miles. Either they left him there to die, or, he took them to prison. Wiping, Yuri agrees.
They made a closing hole in the church where they filled him in the next part of their plan. They are about to enter the lions’ pit, which is a prison in Russia because Yuri had to bring them in as prisoners. There is only one small change in strategy: Yuri will play Murray’s silent role, and Murray will play Yuri.
