Halo Season 1 Episode 9: Synopsis
Halo Season 1 Episode 9, Admiral Margaret Parangosky (Shabana Azmi) suspects that they have lost the old king as he does not stop Makee for information. Captain Keyes (Danny Sapani) says the Master Master is a soldier, and he insists that all of this is part of his job.

Halo Season 1 Episode 8 title “Allegiance” As soon as Halsey becomes clear about the fact that Makee will not help her voluntarily, she uses the Zed Protocol, which opens a backchannel for the Spartans and disconnects all other communications. It allows him to speak to them privately, and Halsey instructs Kai, Vannak, and Riz to find the Master Chief, Makee, and the artifact and take you to Halsey.
When Kai protests, because she does not have an emotional pellet, Halsey cuts him off and orders Vannak and Riz to slow down Kai and continue the program on their own. Taking off his weapons, the Commander-in-Chief takes out a living hell from him. Kai escapes to the toilet where Riz and Vannak were detained, and the first thing she does is order the UNSC not to allow Halsey and her ship to escape. Makee goes to a room with an artifact in it and soon begins to speak Sangheili. Kai assists the Great Teacher. Miranda reaches into the artifact room to reveal the truth about Make.
Surprised, Parangosky says Makee will pay the price for this betrayal. Makee says it is the UNSC that will pay, and it touches on the artifact, which sends a huge shock wave across the Reach, evacuating everyone.
