Sheel Chaudhary is a middle-aged woman from Lucknow who works as a nurse at Geeta Bhawan, an old age home. His silent daughter Supriya is a doctor and also has a talented comedy. One day, the little girl was suddenly struck by a truck and died instantly as her frightened mother looked at her. Police arrested the driver and sentenced him to drunken driving, but Sheel found something wrong with the whole case. Despite warnings from her family, she is determined to investigate the matter and pursues the driver’s wife and son.
Sheel discovers that the boy was found in an expensive school with the help of politician Jawahar Vyas, whose mother took care of Geeta Bhawan. Asking Jawahar, Sheel calls him to a nursing home at night for lying about his mother’s health. When he realized that Supriya was her daughter, he tried to attack her but gave her a sedative injection. It turns out he killed Jawahar, and he dies of a heart attack after telling Sheel that she is not to blame for his daughter.
Shocked by what she had done, the astonished Sheel quickly tried to dispose of the body but was stopped by Jawahar’s follower Prashant and her boyfriend Shankar. However, Prashant unexpectedly helped him to conceal his involvement because of the kindness shown to him earlier. Later, he leads Jawahar’s wife to the corpse, which makes it look like a special force gathering. Angry Neelam asks everyone to look at the key crypto politician the politician has, who has access to businessman Goyal’s bank account.
It is alleged that Jawahar assisted Goyal in a major medical scam and assisted the latter to transfer illegal money from Gujarat through human agents. A crypto key is required to use a savings account therefore, Neelam wishes to recover it. As her men begin their search, Sheel reveals to Prashant that she accidentally discarded the crypto key and could lead them to information about the Superian assassin.
Prashant and Shankar accompany Sheel to the medical waste disposal center and are able to find the key, but Neelam’s right-hand man Keshav blocks them. Sheel makes him faint in the next argument and tries to get information out of him while locking him in an unoccupied house. Keshav initially refuses to give anything but later broke down under pressure and admits Neelam’s involvement in the assassination of Supriya. He admits that the latter was a witness to the scam, so Neelam gave him money and killed him.
At the time, the Chaudhary family’s affairs took a turn for the worse because of the unexplained Sheel’s absence. As her husband Yash walked away from her, his older brother and his wife expressed their dissatisfaction with his behavior. Later, it turned out that Sheel was forced to give his son Anchit to them and she could not process the grief until now. In addition, she finds out that Supriya had a boyfriend named Farooque, a married Special Forcer officer investigating the scam. They separated when his wife denied him a divorce and Supriya had to face Neelam’s threats alone.
Soon, Farooque and his team gathered enough evidence to arrest Neelam, but things got worse with the arrival of Mohandas, Jawahar’s notorious twin. Seeing her determination to kill Jawahar’s killer, Sheel implants a crypto key in Neelam’s house and sets a precedent for killing her lover. She takes Keshav to the cold the old age home with the help of his friend Kalpana and tries to kill Neelam without success. Fortunately, Mohandas receives the keys and oaths to kill his brother’s wife, but Farooque eventually arrested Neelam and assured him to testify in order to protect her.
