Julie meets Askel at a book signing ceremony while going out with her model boyfriend in the first place. The group filmed the series at Ekebergrestauranten, a luxury restaurant located in Kongsveien 15 in Oslo.
While working in a bookstore, Julie meets Eivind, and the story turns into another. The team filmed these scenes at the Norli Bookstore, located at Universitetsgata 22-24. After learning of her pregnancy, Julie meets Askel at the hospital as he struggles with pancreatic cancer.

Hospital scenes were filmed on the premises of Oslo University Hospital, Ullevål. It is an important health center located at Kirkeveien 166. Apart from being the largest campus among the four largest campuses of Oslo University Hospital, it is also one of the oldest.
Sweden
Apart from recording in Oslo, most of the indoor shots are fitted with a lens in a controlled studio area. Actors and crews traveled to Sweden in search of a production facility. There, they laid the foundation for the film I Väst (‘Western Film’). The recording and production facility is located at Åkerssjövägen 6, 461 53 Trollhättan, Nohab Industrial Estate.
