Suspicion Season 1: Ending,
Leo Newman’s kidnapping is a fake kidnapping, carried out by Leo, Tara, and their acquaintances. While Tara, Natalie, Aadesh, and Eddie were hiding in an abandoned building, Leo and his friends met the group. Tara joins them and reveals to others that they are planning a kidnapping to reveal the truth about Eric Cresswell.
Tara is the daughter of Cresswell, who found her biological father after a thorough search. Upon finding Cresswell, Tara realized that the allegations against her father had been fabricated by Katherine and Cooper Newman PR to force Cresswell not to delay. To avenge himself on Katherine, she cooperated with Leo.
Leo, who could not tolerate Katherine’s selfishness and the vicious PR tactics she used to build her company and reputation, joined Tara to bring about change. They both knew that the only way to get the truth out was to get Katherine to be honest. As they battled with the PR giant, Tara and Leo knew that either way they would fail to resist Katherine’s influence and her company’s PR strategies. They planned to kidnap, directing officials to Aadesh and Natalie as they were both linked to Cooper Newman PR as a distraction.
Tara is planning to be released as she knows she will be released due to a lack of evidence. Her efforts to bring the truth about her father to succeed when Katherine exposes worldwide that she and her company created allegations of misconduct on Eric Cresswell in order to tarnish his reputation as a source. Katherine also admitted that she did not publish Cresswell’s report and had other scientists write fictional reports to refute Cresswell’s findings.
Katherine’s confession fulfills Tara’s goal. As a daughter, she succeeds in exposing the truth that tarnishes her father’s reputation. Tara is also able to show the world how clever her father was as a scientist. Leo, on the other hand, fulfills her desire to dispel the negative side of his mother’s company by joining hands with Tara. As he emphasizes to his mother, there is a new way forward for Cooper Newman PR and it is free from lies and deception.
When Tara and Leo tell the whole kidnapping story to Natalie, Aadesh, and Eddie, Sean finds them and shoots Eddie. They grabbed Leo by the gun and asked him to follow his instructions. While Tara, Natalie, and Aadesh were taking care of Eddie, Sean went down with Leo.
When Martin fails to terminate his contract with Sean, the latter finds another way to earn money. He contacts Katherine on Martin’s phone and offers Leo a $ 1 million refund. When Katherine accepts the gift, Sean finds Tara and the others Leo uses the tracker he put in Tara’s shoes.
As a well-paid criminal, Sean is very concerned about the pay he gets at the time he should invest in any affairs. Since Leo’s abduction and its aftermath have demanded and consumed a lot of Sean’s time and energy, he insists he will not leave New York City without a solution. So, he uses Leo as a way to negotiate with Katherine and bring his son back to life with the payment he later received.
When Sean leaves with Leo, Aadesh insists on saving Eddie. However, Natalie reminds her that any action from their side will endanger their safety and lead them to the authorities. Meanwhile, Vanessa and Anderson discover that Leo may be in an old building with the help of Daisy.
FBI agents arrived at the building where Tara, Natalie, and Aadesh were trying to determine their next move. Eddie asks them to leave so that they can escape from the authorities. Heartbroken, Aadesh joins Tara and Natalie, who leave before police arrive.
FBI agents found Eddie on the ground, shot him badly, and rescued him. At that moment, Natalie, Tara, and Aadesh tried to leave the area, so that the authorities could find them. To keep Tara and Aadesh safe, Natalie turned herself into the police. When Monique dies, Natalie knows that she will never go back to her normal routine even if she goes home.
With Aadesh with his wife and Tara having a daughter to return to, Natalie decides to interrupt police by arresting two others for volunteering. Natalie’s action helps Aadesh and Tara escape. Although their return to England may not be easy, they may try their best to get home somehow. “Suspicion Season 1.”
