Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2: Recap
After the Demons Slayers successfully defended themselves against the violent attacks of Gyuutarou and Daki, they even managed to cut off the necks of their brother and sister duo using their Nichirin swords. However, just a few minutes before he is beheaded, Gyuutarou uses his final assault on despair. Although in the next few minutes he was beheaded, the blood vessels he was removing would seriously injure Tanjirou, Zenitsu, Tengen, and Inosuke, while Nezuko intervened.
Fortunately, she saves his brother and his friends just seconds before they are cut to pieces with blood claws using his Blood Demon Art as protection. When Tanjirou sees that he is safe, he is startled by Zenitsu’s call for help. When the main character meets his friend, he discovers that Inosuke’s heartbeat is constantly weakening. Inosuke’s condition appears to be critical, and Tanjirou does not know how to help while the poison spreads rapidly into his friend’s body. But to her surprise, Nezuko uses Blood Demon Art to burn all the toxins and save Inosuke’s life.
The brother-sister duo then went on to help Sound Hashira in the same way, providing TGen’s three wives the much-needed relief. When it appeared that none of his friends were facing a life-threatening accident, Tanjirou, along with Nezuko, went out to check on Gyuutarou and Daki to make sure the Upper-Rank Six participants were finally dead. He finds the heads of his brothers and sisters cut off, becoming increasingly useless. In their final moments, the two began to blame each other for failing to defeat the Demon Slayers.
When the argument escalates, and Gyuutarou is about to say that he wishes Daki had never been born, Tanjirou intervenes. He asks the demons not to curse as they have no one on earth, and they do not even believe the things they say themselves. As Daki’s head fades, Gyuutarou recalls old and painful memories of his last days in order to correct his only regret before he died.
Meanwhile, Hashira’s snake, Obanai Iguro, reaches zero and meets Tengen Uzui. The former blames the latter for the serious injuries and says he should have easily treated the Upper Rank Six demons. Instead of arguing, Sound Hashira opens up about his decision to retire, ignoring Obanai’s protests. At the same time, Akaza was summoned to Infinity Castle by Muzan Kibutsuji. “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2.”
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2: Ending,
Shortly after Daki’s death, Gyuutarou begins to recall the past pain of two brothers and sisters. Long ago, Gyuutarou was just another ordinary boy living in Rashomon River Bank, a poverty-stricken district of Recreation District. The standard of living was so horrible that the children considered it a curse on their parents, as they could not earn enough money to support themselves.
Gyuutarou’s mother tried to kill him several times, but the innocent boy survived the brutal beatings. To make matters worse, local people mistreated Gyuutarou because he was a bad man. He often hunted down rats or bugs with his scissors to feed them. However, his life changed when Ume (Daki) was born. His beautiful face, for some reason, ended Gyuutarou’s inferiority, and he eventually learned to accept himself and the evil world around him. He soon started fighting and became a collector.
Gyuutarou ‘s life seemed logical despite all the cruelty around him, and Ume gave him a reason for living. But he was no longer a helpless victim, and both brothers and sisters have learned to fight for their survival now. As they grew stronger, their enemies increased, so when Ume blinded the Samurai with his pin, it became a very serious mistake. She was apprehended and later burned alive by her attackers.
When Gyuutarou found her burnt body and began to cry for his sister, he was again attacked by a Samurai on the orders of a woman. However, he fought and killed the woman and the Samurai later. As he began to cry again for Ume, an Upper-Rank demon appeared and decided to give them a chance to join Twelve Kizuki.
The brother-sister duo later became powerful demons who continued to kill many Hashira for decades. However, joining the forces of Muzan Kibutsuji was a decision made by the years of cruelty and oppression that Gyuutarou and Daki quietly suffered while living on Rashomon River Bank. Therefore, it was as important as it was for them to accept the request to join the power of the Demon Lords the hatred of the world played an equally important role in shaping them into true demons. “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2.”
