The very long wait for Dying Light 2 is coming to an end, so it’s no surprise that fans everywhere are already watching their watches and wondering when, in fact, they will be able to dive into some of the most anticipated years.
However, the good news is that Dying Light 2 engineer and publisher Techland have put a little bit of information about when you will be able to start playing the game depending on where you are in the world and 16th. The bad news is that making the concept of a surprisingly complex game release schedule can be confusing very quickly.
To help simplify the Dying Light 2 release schedule as much as possible, here’s a look at when you will be able to start playing Dying Light 2 based on which device you have pre-ordered a digital copy of the game or intend to purchase. because soon.
Dying Light 2: on PC
The PC version of Dying Light 2 is unveiled during the global launch, which means some gamers in some regions will actually be able to play it before others. Here’s the hard part about when Dying Light 2 PC PC players will be able to open and start a game:

PST: 4 pm (Feb 3)
EST: 7 pm (Feb 3)
GMT: 12 am (Feb 4)
CET: 1 am (Feb 4)
MSK: 3 am (Feb 4)
IST: 5:30 am (Feb 4)
CST: 8 am (Feb 4)
JST: 9 am (Feb 4)
AEDT: 11 am (Feb 4)
NZDT: 1 pm (Feb 4)
As you can see, that release means that game players in PST and EST time zones will actually be able to play Dying Light 2 from February 3rd before the “official” launch date of February 4. That style of release doesn’t make any sense, but as we are not accustomed to it, you may want to keep an eye on the official feeds of the Dying Light 2 social media platform for any sudden changes to this system.
Dying Light 2: on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5
PlayStation players find it very easy when it comes to understanding when they will be able to start playing Dying Light 2. The game will be open to PlayStation 4 and 5 at 12 am on February 4, so you can start playing it on your PlayStation console. whenever the clock strikes midnight on the 4th in any region.

That sadly means that PlayStation players will lose the opportunity to play the game “prematurely,” but at least there is no confusion about when the game will be officially available.
Dying Light 2: on Xbox One and Xbox Series
As with PlayStation players, Xbox owners can start playing Dying Light 2 at 12 am on February 4th in any region they are in.

However, it has been shown that you can technically change the location of your Xbox to start playing the game on February 3rd. While we would never recommend that you do something wrong, it should be noted that New Zealand players will strike midnight on February 4 “faster” than anyone else in the world. So, if, you can guess, you could set your Xbox to New Zealand time to play the game early, here’s where the clock will strike midnight in New Zealand at other times:
PST: 3 am (Feb 3)
EST: 6 am (Feb 3)
GMT: 11 am (Feb 3)
CET: 12 pm (Feb 3)
MSK: 2pm (Feb 3)
IST: 4:30 pm (Feb 3)
CST: 7pm (Feb 3)
JST: 8pm (Feb 3)
AEDT: 10 pm (Feb 3)
Aside from the jokes, there is always the possibility that the method mentioned above will not work and you will need to wait your turn for Dying Light 2 to officially open in your area. The good news is that the “risk” of using this method is low, so it’s worth a shot if you can’t wait and get close enough to play it fast.

Unfortunately, the Nintendo Switch version of Dying Light 2 is delayed and will not be released for at least another six months. There is no word on the exact date of the release of that version of the game, but Techland hopes it will be available by the end of 2022.
