Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 2 Episode 16 begins with Tengen and Tanjiro continuing their battle with Gyutaro. They both attacked him hard and did their best to defeat him. The episode is titled “Defeating an Upper-Rank Demon”.

As he ran, Gyutaro interrupted and stabbed Inosuke’s chest, and Tanjiro was shocked at the incident because he had left Tengen fighting Gyutaro and did not expect him to interrupt like this.
Tanjiro looked at Tengen and saw him injured and unconscious lying on the floor. Daki’s belts were about to attack Tanjiro when Zenitsu called out to him, and they both jumped off the platform. Tanjiro was devastated by the thought that they might not be able to kill one of them. The episode concluded with Tanjiro saying, “Never Stop”.
