Chicago P.D. Season 9 Episode 12 began when Voight and Jay were visiting a garbage dump with the phone of an investigator who found the young man’s body. When they looked at his neck, they discovered that it was the same murder method that the gang members of the Los Temidos group used in the past for everyone who killed him.

In time, a team went out to look for a cousin of the deceased, who may have been related to a gang, but he too had died in his home, killed in the same manner. However, they found a car in his home, registered by a woman named Blanca who worked at a Mexican bakery called Carabo. While visiting the bakery, Voight and Jay met the owner Escano who told him that Blanca had called sick.

Later, however, Adam and Kim found Blanca dead in a car as a result of a gunshot wound. Moreover, the gun used in the murder was similar to last year’s murder related to Los Temidos. This allowed the team to first look at the Glock 25 gun the killer used on the victims. After digging, they learned of a murderer named Paco who worked for the head of Los Temidos and Adam and Kim followed him. Surprisingly, they found him taking huge payments from Escano the bakery itself.

This allowed Voight and the team to come to the conclusion that Escano was the leader they were following. So, to catch her, Voight finally sent Anna to Paco’s party to get the Glock 25 in her house. But Anna fainted when she saw someone, so Voight rushed with the team to see if she was safe.

Although, he didn’t want to wait too long for things to cool down and made things smoother with Paco alone. This allowed Voight to send him back, and he was able to look at the gun. But Paco caught him by surprise and was about to kill him. However, Voight and others hurriedly grabbed Paco. Although, she was not yet ready to say anything about Escano and threatened Voight that Anna was no longer safe.

But Jay found out about Paco’s baby and his ex-girlfriend, whom he did not want, and made him admit everything he knew. Although there was not much you could say as Escano was very smart and never kept anyone very close.

Finally, we saw Anna embarking on another dangerous underground operation to get closer to Escano as she began working on the Escano bakery. When Voight heard that Escano had managed to grab Paco even while in police custody he killed him.
