‘Show Window: Queen’s House’ began with a perfect family with a loving husband and wife. No one thought Myung Seop would cheat on his wife as he had everything one could ever want. Sun Joo comes from a wealthy family that wants someone to be a loyal family worker. This is the reason why his mother approved the marriage of Sun Joo and Myung Seop.
However, the end of “Show Window: Queen’s House” brought all the problems that exist in LaReine’s company and the dynamic forces between Sun Joo, Myung Seop, and Mi Ra.
Myung Seop meets Mi Ra at the company site, and they are dating. She helps him escape from his abusive uncle, who steals his parent’s industry. Sun Joo knows nothing about her husband’s courtship. Show Window: Queen’s House Season 1: Synopsis
“Show Window: Queen’s House.” Sun Joo comes from a rich and respected family. Her mother is the CEO of a LaReine group that trades in the fashion industry. Sun Joo’s husband, Myung Seop, is the company’s president but has been widely ignored. The feeling is always with her, leading her to have a relationship with a fashion designer named Mi Ra. He meets her when she is very low, and they are in love, but they could not really be together because of Myung Seop’s family.
Mi Ra tries to get to know Sun Joo a little better by creating a false connection. As they spend a lot of time together, Sun Joo thinks of Mi Ra as his sister. (Queen’s House) When she finds out that Mi Ra is having an affair with her husband, she interrupts and warns him to stay away from her. However, she refuses to accept her announcement as Mi Ra is pregnant with Myung Seop’s baby.
When Sun Joo hears about this, he loses his focus for a moment, and they get into a car accident. Later, Mi Ra finds out that she has lost her baby, but she keeps telling everyone she is still pregnant. When Myung Seop hears about this, he leaves Mi Ra to focus on his family.
After Myung Seop broke his relationship with Mi Ra, Sun Joo thinks his family is safe. A few years later, Mi Ra returns as Jung Won’s girlfriend. Sun Joo is shocked to see this and tries to intimidate Mi Ra. However, it did not go as planned, and Mi Ra refused to leave her brother.
Sun Joo decides to go to another side and tries to convince his brother to break up with Mi Ra. Jung Won does not take this advice seriously and reveals that he will never leave Mi Ra as he loves her and plans to marry her.
Myung Seop, on the other hand, is jealous of Mi Ra and Jung Won’s relationship. Mi Ra is still attracted to him, so he tells her not to waste their memories. Everyone from their family goes to the refuge, and Mi Ra is also a part of the journey.
After everyone fell asleep, Mi Ra and Myung Seop met in a garage shed and embraced. Unfortunately, Sun Joo catches them and leaves without telling anyone. He decides to separate from Myung Seop and put him out of his family company.
Show Window: Queen’s House Ending, Explained
As police arrived at the scene, the first suspect was Sun Joo. He is the one who finds Mi Ra’s body and it is full of his blood. Police arrested him on a charge of attempted murder while Mi Ra was unconscious. The second suspect is Jung Won, as he was engaged to be married to Mi Ra. (Queen’s House) When she finds out she is dating her brother-in-law she breaks up with him. Later, he helps Sun Joo build a gap between Myung Seop and Mi Ra.
Myung Seop thinks Mi Ra sold Victoria’s shoe designed for Chinese retailers and hides the sale of her original art gallery. She decides to fire him as the argument continues, but she decides to stay. He asks Young Hoon to help him as they both have the same goal.
However, when he finds out that she is planning to stop him, he decides to stop and devise a plan for himself. (Queen’s House) Sun Joo is the one inviting Mi Ra to her wedding year as she seeks an initial transaction for her. He tells her that he will divorce Myung Seop only if Mi Ra gives him proof.
Sun Joo defends the gallery sale and frees her mother. When Kang Im returns to the company, he tells Myung Seop to split up and will give him the clothing department as maintenance money. The tables turned when Myung Seop showed Kang Im evidence that Sun Joo had killed Mi Ra.
He threatened to hand it over to the company or he would report the matter to the police. When Kang Im tells Sun Joo this he is shocked but asks him to go along with Myung Seop’s plan.
