Annabelle: Creation follows the origins of the doll-themed story, exploring the horrific past of‘ Consolidation ’the universe. The horror film of 2017 is a precursor to ‘Anabelle’ 2014 and creates an even worse, more old-fashioned setting.
A lot of panic plays into Mullins ’home, making it a good background to understand what comes before the hot doll and the past kill time. ‘Annabelle: Creation’ draws many of its fears into the abyss, and exploring its recordings reveals some fascinating secrets.

‘Annabelle: Creation was shot almost entirely in California, with many recordings made on soundstages. Some really impressive sets have been created to keep the hot earth alive, and production seems to have captured a few scenes in the area as well. The main photography started on June 27, 2016, and ended on August 15, 2016.

The Annabelle: Creation film was shot mostly on soundstage in the city of Burbank, California. The 26th stage of Warner Brothers Burbank Studios, located at 4000 Warner Boulevard, is reportedly used to build two complete sets inside the house of Mullins, on which most of the film is based.
These full-scale sets allow for complex scenes showing multiple rooms to be shot in one frame. The interior of the gothic farmhouse in the 1950s was built after careful planning of each scene, making the background perfectly suited to the evil act.

Burbank is home to some of the world’s most famous studios, including Warner Brothers and Walt Disney Studios. Available resources are world-class compliant, allowing for ambitious sets similar to those designed for ‘Annabelle: Creation to be executed and used to create stable and dynamic worlds.
The band also appeared to be spending time recording in nearby Los Angeles. Scenes showing the orphanage appear to have been shot in the Clark Residences. Accommodation can be found at 306 Loma Drive near the city center.
Additional scenes are reportedly filmed in the town of Simi Valley in Ventura County. Specifically, exterior photos of Mullins’ house appear to have been filmed at Big Sky Movie Ranch, located at 4927 Bennett Road in Simi Valley.

There were also reports of production workers seen in the town of Calabasas, in the San Fernando Valley area, where it may have been recorded. The proximity of Calabasas to Burbank and Los Angeles has enabled the group to access external images while recording more on studio soundstages.
