Home Inspector Joe Tv Series Filming Locations
‘Home Inspector Joe’ is recorded primarily in New York and Connecticut. Part of the first recording is said to have taken place in Tennessee. Joe Mazza has been a home inspector in White Plains for more than two decades – 22 years, accuracy – and his talent shines even outside his hometown. ‘Home Inspector Joe’ season 1 was probably recorded from late summer to autumn 2021.
Tennessee
A few parts of the exhibition were filmed in Knoxville, Tennessee. A production team was formed there before the first recording started. Mazza and designer Gatts was asked to play a few scenes there to see how they got along on-screen.
They had never met before that moment, and surprisingly, everyone loved reel life chemistry. After that, the team decided to record the game locally in parts of Westchester and Connecticut.
New York
Other parts of the exhibit were filmed in the suburbs of Westchester County, in Hudson County north of New York City. The region has a number of tourist attractions, such as the Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve, which includes the Breakneck Ridge Trail.
Other attractions include Kykuit, Bear Mountain State Park, Trailside Museums & Zoo, etc. Mazza pointed out that they inspect buildings, break down each of them, and estimate the costs required for repairs, while Noel focuses on the financial aspect of the project.
Connecticut
The game was shot in Connecticut, a suburb of southern England between Boston and New York City. Nutmeg State is known for its foreign activities, such as hiking and sailing. It is a mixture of coastal towns and rural areas dotted with small towns. Joe Mazza has a license in New York and Connecticut, which explains why the show was shot there.
Portions of the Home Inspector Joe series were recorded in Stamford, a town on the east coast of Long Island Sound. It is famous for a few attractions, such as the Stamford Museum & Nature Center, which contains fascinating fossils of natural history and culture, all housed in a 1929 mansion.
