Where Was The Colony Movie Filmed?
‘The Colony’ was recorded in and around Germany, especially in the state provinces of Brandenburg and Hamburg. The director did not know much about the German waves, but he did have to see for himself where the light was visible.

They also play with the idea of keeping the ownership of the planet secret until the end – with the positive discovery of the Statue of Liberty. Markus Förderer is in charge of cinematography, while Julian R. Wagner is working as a filmmaker.
