In NCIS: Hawaii Season 1 Episode 9,’ the group finds its way over the remains of a man from December 7, 1941. II. A DNA test revealed that the victim’s name was Ken Ito. However, a veteran of the organization called by this name is still alive in the paper and is known for giving speeches about surviving Pearl Harbor Attacks.
Jane’s bosses want to know if the survivor is the real Ken Ito. The only problem is that he has dementia, so he doesn’t remember the details of his work in the Navy. He talks about hiring new Japanese immigrants to the island but does not remember your details.
Although a later search revealed that he had recruited Japanese immigrants as citizens, Tennant finds a picture of Ito with the man he claims to be. It leads him to the conclusion that Ito is actually a Japanese immigrant employed as a citizen.
Not long after that, Ito was killed using a shotgun that was recovered from a survivor. However, he does not remember anything about the incident now. Tennant informed his superiors about the matter, and the fraud was removed from the guest list at the Pearl Harbor event.
Later, the team discovers a real story after death. Ito had snatched a gun from another man’s hand in an attempt to kill himself. However, a Japanese bomber struck shortly afternoon.
