‘The Tender Bar‘ was filmed all over the US, especially in Massachusetts and surrounding areas. The main filming began on February 22, 2021, and ended on April 14, 2021. Staff also filmed the Boston metropolitan area, mainly in Wakefield, Lynn, Beverly, Lowell, and Watertown and surrounding areas. An important sequence was recorded at the Wakefield Bowladrome, a bowling alley at 92 Water Street in Wakefield.
Clooney met many fans at a time, as residents were particularly surprised by the two Hollywood A photographers filming in the backyard.
