We can hope to see more corrupt criminal Richard Wheatley in Law and Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 10. As the judges fail, the future of the case remains uncertain. However, Elliot is slowly losing hope.
Now that Eli had run away, his father might have felt helpless. So the first winter game will enlighten us on where Eli is. His drug history may be a current one.
Law & Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 9: Recap
Law and Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 9, ’we begin with Olivia meeting briefly with Elliot, at his wife’s grave where they all met. Although his son Eli seems to be doing better, 24 × 7 under his father’s supervision. Wheatley’s new lawyer turns out to have been assistant district attorney Rafael Barba. He is pleased that the New York Police Department may have launched Wheatley on a murder charge.
In the case, Baptiste interrogates Olivia while Barba points to Elliot’s disciplinary record. Barba finally claims the NYPD has tampered with evidence that puts the integrity of Izak Bekher and Wheatley in jeopardy. Olivia confronts Eli about appearing drunk and sends him a letter he has not even written.
When Angela is about to testify, Barba tells her story with Elliot. He was then forced to admit that he had feelings for her. Elliot is puzzled when Barba reveals his PTSD, his family problems, and other issues that could tarnish the credibility of his statements.
After a few seconds, Elliot gets a good chance of teasing and teasing Wheatley in the men’s urine, prompting the criminal to yell at the judge for his words. Wheatley publicly blames Becher for Kathy’s murder, and the slightest discomfort in court leads to much of that as he continues to threaten Caris’ life.
Before the judge announces his release, Wheatley asks Barba to be his counselor, but he rejects the request. The judge then ruled in favor of the Baptist and Caris case. Elliot believes they lost without wrapping his head around the news of his son’s disappearance.
