“National Champions” is a sports drama movie starring star quarterback Lemarcus James and teammate Emmett on Sunday in the days leading up to the national championship game. Fighting for better compensation for student-athletes, they destabilize the billion-dollar collegiate athletics system until their voices are heard.
As with most sports dramas based on Adam Mervis’ untitled play, the movie’s theme is a combination of glamorous sports stadiums and secret meeting rooms where high-share deals are negotiated.

In particular, a large number of scenes were filmed near the Caesars Supermodem, the NFL team, the New Orleans Saints. The multi-purpose stadium is located at 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive in the New Orleans Central Business District.
