‘Christmas Again’, directed by Andy Fickman, is the original Disney Channel movie starring 11-year-old Rowena aka Roe, a hilarious young woman who needs to meet her parents during the Christmas season. It is very difficult to get a messy divorce. Among his troubles are his father’s new girlfriend Diane and his son, with whom Roe finds it very difficult to adjust. Therefore, the young woman wants to happen to Santa as before.
However, repeating Roy’s wish the same day would be fulfilled in a silly way. Trapped in this eternal cycle he realizes the importance of family and makes good use of his new situation. Christmas Again Movie Filming Locations
“Christmas Again” was filmed in Illinois, especially in Chicago and the East Dundee Village. Filming is set to begin on November 10, 2020. Production finally ended on December 24, 2020.
Illinois is the perfect place to shoot, with easily accessible and beautiful landscapes and iconic landmarks. ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘The Breakfast Club’ and ‘Home Alone are some of the most popular films shot in the state.

To add authenticity to the theme of the story, the main parts of “Christmas Again” are filmed in Chicago where the movie is set. An important shooting location is Studio City in Chicago. Located at 5660 West Taylor Street, the studio is known for producing “high fidelity” films as well as shows such as “What About the Zone” and “The Chicago Code”.
The cast and crew had an amazing time filming in Chicago and frequently updated fans with fun photos and videos on social media. Scarlett Estevez, who played the role of Rowe, spoke about her fascinating experience in the city. She says, “I’m from Los Angeles so I think it’s a very special experience, the seasons do not change much here, so I was able to stay in Chicago during the Christmas season with snow and cold weather.
Some of the night scenes in ‘Christmas Again’ are thought to have been shot in Santos Village near Edoment Park in East Dundee. Formerly known as Santa Village, the theme park operated from 1959 to 2006 before closing. However, it reopened in 2011 after a full rehabilitation process.
The park is built with rides and a petting zoo, taking into account how a child understands Santos Village. The sets for the movie shooting were beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and decorations.
