Arcane Season 2: Plot
The first season of the show begins with V and Powder joining the Vendors and others revolting to free Zun from the Piltover. But the mob action goes into complete disarray, as the seller dies in an explosion caused by the powder. After the seller’s death, Piltover takes Silco Powder, the crime lord who wants to turn people into cruel monsters, and V is arrested. Meanwhile, Jace and Victor illegally experimented with secret magic and developed the dreaded “Hextech”.
Powder’s association with Silco prompts him to adopt a new personality called Jinx. Caitlin releases V from prison, but Jinx kidnaps them both. In the ensuing devastation, Silco dies suddenly and Jinx eventually sinks into his new identity. At the end of Season 1, she uses the Mysterious Crystal in the Rocket Launcher to set fire to the Piltover Council Chamber, but the Chambers agree to give Zun freedom.
We can expect the second season to begin after the Council Chamber explosion. As Silco occupies the vacuum after Jinx’s death, we can see the chaos at Piltover continue. Vi may have to make a tough choice after his sister transforms into a completely destructive force.
As their relationship completely breaks up, Arcane Season 2 can see several interviews between the two sisters. Caitlin can help V control the Jinx, but they both need more power on their side. Zun’s Liberation plays a major role in Arcane Season 2, as the explosion damages the city’s liberation agreement.
