Swap Shop Season 2: Netflix, Release Date
Swap Shop Season 1’ was first aired on November 9, 2021, on Netflix. Swap Shop Season 1 has six episodes, all 30 minutes long, and gives us an inside look at the various pastimes and businesses.
Swap Shop Season 2 will be aired on February 16, 2022, on Netflix. Swap Shop Season 2 currently has 6 episodes in total. The watching time for each episode is approximately 30 minutes.
Since ‘Swap Shop Season 1 did not personally feature the people of the highly focused radio program, we may not see WRGS radio jockey, Jay Phillips, again on our screens. However, we are confident that we will be able to hear his voice inviting us to join the ‘Swap Shop’ tour, as it did on FM / AM radio and the first installment of the program.
We also expect most of those who have appeared in season 1, especially as buyers, to return in Swap Shop Season 2. In short, we may see the pairing of JD and Bobby of JD’s Realty and Auction. Victoria Clooney and Larry from West Main Antiques, and BobMart, respectively.
Other potential returners are Dale Kyker and Scott Jones of Kyker’s Extreme Automotive, a married couple Jen and Doug of Pickers Paradise, Leo and Danny of Versus ATL, and brothers Sammie and Mark Issac of Sammie’s Auction House.
Richard Davis and Garin Dickerson from Nirvana Comics, as well as JP Mathes and Fiddling Leona, are likely to return for the Swap Shop Season 2. Expect to see a few new faces again.
Swap Shop Season 2: Plot
Swap Shop Season 2’ will probably follow the same format as in Season One, where those who want more valuable assets or just want to expand their business song into the swap Shop’ program on WRGS radio station.
They close their ears to the good things, and when they find something that interests them, they go out the door hoping to find someone who wants to part with their belongings. From there, they try to uncover the diamond in the wrong place, negotiate with the seller, return the item, and resell it for profit. It is a business venture and a hobby mixed into one.
From collectibles and antiques to comic books and exotic items, any field of personal interest is covered here. In other words, the Netflix show has something for everyone, more than what many real productions can say these days.
