The 26th Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film, ‘Eternals’ marks a change from the production of the superheroes by recording more scenes in real locations rather than relying entirely on green or green screen studios. Directed by Chloé Zhao, the film offers a unique visual appeal that is lively, realistic, and realistic in the narrative. Eternals Action Movie Filming Locations
The filming of the film ‘Eternals‘ took place in Spain, England, and the USA. The main filming of the film began in July 2019, in Buckinghamshire, England. The filming also took place at Hampstead Heath, a 790-hectare London site. Parliament Hill, located on the southeast corner of Hampstead Heath, is used for recording as Hill offers a beautiful view of London.
Camden Town also serves as the location of the film. Located in northwest London, the filming took place at Camden Lock, near Regent’s Canal. Belsize Park, a prestigious building in Camden, also serves as an ‘Eternals’ venue.
Oxford University, located in Wellington Square, Oxford is featured in the film. The film also took place at the University of Natural History Museum, Parks Road, Oxford. The museum contains examples of the University’s natural history. According to sources, the recording included Angelina Jolie (Thena), Richard Madden (Ikaris), and Salma Hayek (Ajak).
The Isbury Plain in Wiltshire, which is home to the famous Stonehenge representing the South Dakota farm of Ajak. Chalk plain is one of the few grasslands left in northwestern Europe. The Swinley Forest in Berkshire is where the scenes in Alaska were filmed.
Additional recording of ‘Eternals’ was completed in Los Angeles in February 2021. The filming of the film took place on W 5th Street and S Spring Street.
The Canary Islands are a group of Spanish islands inhabited by the Atlantic Ocean. The archipelago consists of eight large islands and many smaller islands. In the southern region of Spain, the Islands are one of the main tourist attractions in the country. The islands of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, the second and fourth-largest of the archipelago, represent Mesopotamia, Babylon, and the Australian Outback in the film.
In Fuerteventura, filming took place in several places throughout the island. Penitas Gorge, a small village in Betancuria Rural Park is featured in the film. La Solapa Beach, known for its black sand beach, also appears in the film, which stands out at the confluence of the Eternals. Corralejo sand dunes and Buen Paso palm trees also serve as film locations.
In Lanzarote, filming took place near the Cuervo Volcano, one of the most accessible volcanoes in an area accessible even to a crater. The film reportedly took place in Charco de Los Clicos, where an extinct volcano plunged into the Atlantic Ocean to form a lake. The Rodeos Mountain volcano in Los Volcanes Natural Park is clearly part of the film’s landscape.
