In Taisho Otome Fairy Tale Season 1 Episode 4, Yuzu wonders if he made a mistake as he fell on his chest. Tamahiko told him not to worry, and he would come closer if it was okay. Yuzu approaches him and thanks to him for praising him. Tamahiko thought he was going to be embarrassed, but he was the one who was embarrassed since he had held her tight.

They saw that he had to show her that he was a man. Later, Yuzu feels better and intends to buy Tamahiko that cold tea. Tamahikoi is worried when he is alive, but he finds her lying in the hallway as he follows her.
Yuzu pretended to be right as he wanted to do some household chores, which hurt him as he fell again. Tamako heard Tamahiko shout Yuzu’s name, and she arrived at the scene. He helped Yuzu and realized that Yuzu had a high fever.

Tamako decided to go out and get a doctor. Tamahiko decided to stay, and he did not eat until Yuzu was better. Later, Tamako returns with a doctor and a nurse, and they treat Yuzu. Tamahiko is worried that he will not be able to help.
