Law and Order: SVU Season 23 Episode 3,’ follows a gruesome sexual assault case for a 25-year-old singer named Tara. He is about to entertain at a private party where Gabe Navarro, the group’s manager, attacks him.
Before Tara can run away, she hits him hard on the back, causing him to go down the stairs. Benson and Rollins rushed to Logardia Hospital to inquire about Tara’s traumatic fall. He admits that Gabe sexually assaulted him but will escape because of his contact with several police officers.

Benson comes to Gabe with strong evidence against him, so he informs them about his boss, Anton, who has disappeared. However, police found a crawlspace in his area, leading them to Gabe and Anton trying to escape.
Stabler then shoots Gabe, and Anton is also arrested. The only downside is that Gabe is under witness protection, which Benson had no idea at all about. Benson talks to Tara, who is furious.
