Gonzalo “Gonzo Jimenez” was born and raised in a well-to-do family in Northern Argentina, where he was surrounded by delicious food during a long family meal. This feature played a very important role in the heart of her love for the cooking world, but when she chose to do it as a career, it led to her being separated from her father. Gonzo’s love affair only began when he started working at local restaurants at the age of 17, so he enrolled in a cake and a cooking school in Buenos Aires. After graduating, he traveled all over the country and collected information on hard work.
From 5-Star hotels to renowned chefs, Gonzo worked among them all before moving to the United States of America in 2009. Julien in Boulder, Colorado.
