“The Resort Movie.” The basis of travel is usually a good way to start a ghost story. Ghosts are fragments of thought that live in remote corners and are visible only in distant lands far from home. ‘The Resort’ is a horror, visceral, gory, and amply diabolical horror movie directed by Taylor Chien. The story revolves around friends who set out on a proud trip to an island in Hawaii. They, in turn, are immersed in a never-ending nightmare of tragedy. The ending really makes the scene of a horrible revelation, and the audience should be surprised and even angry. Know about The Resort movie.
The Resort Overview
The Resort. On Lex’s birthday, three of his friends, Chris, Bree, and Sam, drove him to Hawaii. Lex is an expert on horror fiction, and he wants inspiration to write his next story. The current story sees Lex in a medical room being interrogated by a police officer.
Lex tells a police officer about the “Half-Faced Girl” legend his group met on a remote island. Going back to the past, we see the events leading up to Lex’s current situation. (The Resort) Friends have a surprise party planned for him, but that doesn’t end there as Chris pulls some ropes to take him to the infamous island of Kilahuna.
The locals are terrified of the island because of the sight of ghosts and ordinary events. The location is not allowed for tourists, but the abandoned island resort is used for transportation. People deny that they are going to the island, but friends find the driver of a helicopter to take them to the island.
According to the pilot, these stories are just stories, but he remains confused in dismissing supernatural events. Working with the pilot is a one-way trip, but the boat would have rescued them from the forbidden island. At the moment, they have the sixth hour of exploration and (The Resort) entertainment. The adventure of pride turns into a nightmare when they finally find a place to stay. They find themselves trapped in a place of immortality, but is there a way out?
As the story suggests from the beginning, Lex is the only one who will emerge from the miraculous engagement in the island’s tourist attractions. In the story, we see how some friends died. Bree gets into the car trying to get to the harbor, but the car turns into a deadly trap.
The engine starts on its own, and the car shifts gears and takes Bree straight down the holiday. Some friends go down to look for Bree, only to find Bree’s dead body. Some friends go down the dark street to find an abandoned parking lot, and they try to get in the dark with flashlights. Someone pulls Sam into the dark, and then Sam comes back in a demonic way.
Chris thinks Sam is still alive, and Sam is still another immortal. The battle raged on, and Chris faced the same fate as Sam. (The Resort) Lex finds himself floating in white and slowly returns to the hospital bed. This marks the end of Lex’s story. After hearing all the details, a police officer assured him that he would send a search party to the island. Excusing himself for making a certain phone call, Lex grabs his phone.
Out of curiosity, he turned on the camera and pointed it at the officer. After clicking on the image, Lex moves his hand holding the phone. The veins are strangely red, and the next thing we know, someone jumps on Lex. In the next picture, we see Lex’s white, pale (and painted) face, and we can be sure that Lex is also dead. Lex was killed when he met Half-Faced Girl in Bree’s body. The conclusion only concludes that Lex is trapped in an endless limbo of endless fear.
The Resort Horror Movie: Who Is A Ghost?
The conclusion only brings back the faith of the story in the myth of the island. The conclusion shows that no one has ever returned to the island of the living world. The relief team, security guards, and visitors, all live on an island reborn in an afterlife like ghosts.
At second thought, however, (The Resort) some reading may come to your mind. What if Lex leaves the island, and the ending we see is the only story Lex wants to write? That’s not what the movie itself says, but it’s probably a much more sensible approach than the devastating reading of fire coming directly from a bat.
If we look at the second idea, we can look at the video blog Lex played at the beginning of the story to give friends an idea of where they went. The blogger concludes that no one visiting the island of Kilahuna returns, which is why it is banned from tourists. If it is a fact that the island is a house full of birds of prey, the guards we see at first are also molded creatures.
That’s a really spooky start. But the real question is, do ghosts smoke cigarettes? We see one of the guards smoking a cigarette twice in the story, one of them Sam picking up the floor. If the guard is a ghost, as the end of The Resort story shows, then we are left to investigate whether the ghosts smoke cigarettes.
