Hit And Run Season 1: Ending Review
The show opens with Segev’s attack on the prison, where he was injured and bled to death. The story then unfolded 3 weeks ago, in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he and his daughter watched his wife Danielle perform at a dance venue. The next day, she plans to go to an interview in New York but looks worried when she receives repeated messages from a stranger asking to meet her urgently.
Danielle ignores them and goes to the airport (Hit And Run) with Segev’s friend. However, as he was taking his coffee on the road, he was struck by a speeding car. Heartbroken Segev later calls on his parents to let them know, and although they promise to come to Israel at the same time, they are clearly missing at their daughter’s funeral.
Segev’s cousin Tali is a police officer and soon traces the local robber whose car killed Danielle. However, local donors said the car had been stolen, and it was soon discovered that the two men in the car were minor American criminals who had returned to New York City.
The bereaved tourism director also realizes that the man responsible for his wife’s death may have been Isaac, a former military dealer and arms dealer Segev betrayed in the past and now wants revenge. Our hero heads for the United States, where he meets his former friends Ron, a young criminal, and Naomi, a well-known journalist.
Segev then learned that Isaac and the men who killed his wife (followed him down (Hit And Run) and killed him) were only acting on the orders of a strong and dignified organization. It was then revealed that Danielle herself was not just an American dancer but a secret CIA agent sent to Israel to collect intelligence.
The strange messages he received on the day of his death were revealed to have come from Assaf, an Israeli intelligence agent who was dating him for inside information. His father, Martin Wexler, is portrayed as the manager of his agency, named Reese Wakefield.
Who Killed Danielle Wexler Azulai?
Segev, noticing that his late wife was carrying an explosive intel, finds coded pages in a diary that he used to write down his dance techniques. With the details in hand but could not explain it, he finds himself constantly being chased by the CIA and Mossad, both of whom want to get their information. Hit And Run.
In flashback, we see how Danielle stole this and many other details from Assaf and her boss while she was in Israel. After he was finally arrested and arrested on two counts of murder, Segev made a deal with Reese, Danielle’s CIA boss, but then cheated on him and escaped with an important diary.
Meanwhile, her friend Naomi, who is in the process of publishing a news story about how a CIA agent was killed in Israel, (Hit And Run) discovers that the information Danielle has found affects Mossad by examining the US President and exposing the active leak to the President’s internal circles.
He was soon abducted by a Mossad agent and arrested. At the end of the season’s respite, Segev arrives to rescue Naomi and finds both CIA and Mossad agents there. (Hit And Run) The CIA agent, Reese, kills his Mossad partner but is defeated by Segev, who escapes Naomi with a diary. While fleeing, Segev then received a phone call from his cousin Tali informing him that his ex-wife Shira had died and his daughter Ella was missing.
Shortly after arriving in the United States, Segev tracked down two young criminals who were driving a car that killed his wife and brutally committed suicide. Times before her neck broke, one of the assassins revealed that she had killed Danielle for an estimated $ 20,000. Therefore, Danielle’s real killers remain largely unknown even after her grieving husband kills the men directly responsible for her death.
It was revealed that Assaf, Israel’s intelligence chief Danielle, was secretly dating, unknowingly disclosing many separate details to a CIA officer who had hidden them while they were together.
At one point, we see Segev dig up a bunch of diaries that belonged to Danielle, actually showing the vast amount of information (Hit And Run) he collected about Mossad’s secret work. When this is finally revealed, he is killed by Mossad. A Mossad official investigating Assaf and later trying to make a deal with Segev’s diary admits that at the end of the season.
Sadly, he says it was also probably a mistake to kill him because the conspiracy he has hatched is equally explosive in both countries involved. Shortly after the revelation, he is shot by CIA lawyer Reese, who barred any further explanation for Danielle’s death. So, for now, it looks like Mossad is to blame for Danielle’s death.
However, in view of the conspiracy theorists (Hit And Run) who have never fully uncovered, there may be other festivals that will eventually be revealed. It is possible that the CIA was also involved in some way in the death of its agent, considering that Reese and the Mossad officer were seen talking frequently before the shooter shot him.
