The recording of the tenth season of The Walking Dead show started in May 2019 and continued until November 2019. The recording of season 10 also took place in the town of Griffin, which is the regional chairman of Spalding County. Some episodes of the first and thirteenth episode of season 10 were shot at Griffin, mainly on Scott Branch Road and in the field near 4215 West McIntosh Road.
