The Netflix trailer featured a spectacular look at Kaer Morhen – the Wolf’s Wolf School, where Geralt trained Ciri and his mentor, Vesemir, and his other witches, Lambert, Eskel, and Coën. But Ciri has more to worry about than the sword.
Now that he has found Geralt, Season 2 seems to be the time for the Cintron princess to reveal the secrets of the Great Blood.
The second season of the hit fantasy series was blue before Season 1 was released. Production began in February 2020 but was forced to close due to a coronavirus (COVID-19) in mid-March. The recording was resumed a few months later and was reopened, although only two weeks later when four staff members were tested for the virus.
Delays are reported to have had several changes to the season, including one major character: Eskel. The witch was original to be played by actor Rue Rasmussen. As a result of the controversy surrounding the production, Rasmussen was replaced by actor Basil Eidenbenz.
She plays Witcher as Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, Anya Chalotra as Yennefer of Vengerberg, Freya Allan as Ciri, and Joey Batey as Jaskier. Season 1 is now available on Netflix. “The Witcher Season 2 Trailer.”
