In a credit-card scandal, Aoi leaves flowers where both Maeda and Misaki died. Suwa and Ayame are shown in America, and Thatuchi takes care of vampire babies. Deflot arrives on stage, quoting Shakespeare about how the world is a stage before adding that they (the vampires) are “out of all that.”
The upcoming season 2 could focus on Shuutarou’s performance after embracing his vampiric nature. Aoi is likely to continue to be part of the plot in some way. The following season could also reflect the experience of Suwa and Ayame in America.
