Queen of the South actress Alice Braga is expected to star in the upcoming Netflix drama “Ivy”. The story focuses on the mother, who is recovering from a tragic accident and entering a model home. As he begins to settle down, he discovers that the house technology that disrupts the world is rapidly developing real human emotions.

“Night Raiders” filmmaker Danis Goulet directs this thriller, with a text from Spenser Cohen and Anna Halberg (“Far Away”).
Netflix has not announced the release date of the film.
Producers in “Ivy” include Tripp Vinson of Vinson Films and Daniel Bekerman of Smiththia Films. In addition to writing a screen game, Cohen and Halberg will work as major producers. Christopher Yurkovich, Alex Ordanis, and Tara Farney are also senior executives.
Braga began his career in Brazilian films, including “The City of God,” “Lower City” and “Only God Knows,” before finding a plot to face Will Smith in a post-apocalyptic play “I Am Legend.” He has appeared in a series of films in the years to come, such as the sci-fi thriller “Repo Men” and Jude Law and Forest Whitaker, the 2010 “Predator”, the horror film “The Rite,” Matt Damon and Jodie Foster -led “Elysium” and the faith drama “Shack.”
Earlier on television, Braga starred in the “Queen of the South” series, which aired on the USA Network from 2016 to 2021. In a crime drama set in Mexico, she portrayed Teresa Mendoza, a poor woman who became rich by building a massive drug empire.
